Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Saturday 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM.

As is traditional with Shaolin Kung Fu, we train outdoors when the weather permits and sometimes at the head instructor's private residential studio when the weather does not permit outdoor instruction.
