We're excited to welcome you as the newest member of the Temple Kung Fu family! We know you will find your training to be invigorating and deeply rewarding, and we look forward to watching you grow in knowledge and skill in the many years to come.

Training in Kung Fu requires a deep commitment to yourself. I have often told students that "I don't teach Kung Fu. I demonstrate new techniques and help you refine old ones. Kung Fu, which literally means 'hard work,' is something only you can do."

It is recommended that you pick a certain day and time each week to dedicate to learning new material. Developing a consistent schedule will ensure that your skill naturally grows with your continued commitment. In addition to your weekly lessons, it is recommended that you practice on your own at least 2 - 3 times per week to make sure you're integrating the knowledge into your muscle-memory so that it becomes instinctive. Of course, you can review the current week's lesson or any past lessons as many times as you like.

If you have questions, you can always ask us, and we will respond as quickly as possible. At times, your instructor may arrange for a live online session with you so that you can ask any questions or get feedback on your progress.

Each month, you will receive access to four new lessons packed with new techniques, exercises, and other information designed to guide you on your journey towards mastery gradually.
