Training in Kung Fu requires a deep commitment to yourself. I have often told students that "I don't teach Kung Fu. I demonstrate new techniques and help you refine old ones. Kung Fu, which means 'hard work,' is something only you can do."

Live training occurs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Additionally, if you are unable to attend, don't worry; you'll have access to the recorded class within 24 hours after it is completed.
